Banken zum Zweck der Zahlungsabwicklung, Behörden und sonstige Institutionen auf Grund gesetzlicher Melde- oder Berichtspflichten wie, insbesondere Vereinsbehörden, Veranstaltungsbehörden usw.; Personen und Institutionen aufgrund einer Ermächtigung oder Verpflichtung zur Datenübermittlung in den Statuten oder auf Grund besonderer Zustimmung der Mitglieder; Rechtsanwält*innen, Gerichte und sonstige Stellen, zum Zweck der Rechtsdurchsetzung.
Um eine Diskriminierung zu melden werden, je nachdem welche Angaben Sie unserem Team machen, unterschiedliche Daten gespeichert. Diese Diskriminierungen werden je nach Inhalt Ihrer Anfrage von uns einem Monitoring (Erstellung von Statistiken betreffend Stigmatisierung und Ungleichbehandlung von HIV-positiven Menschen) unterzogen oder Sie erhalten von uns einen Support bzw. eine Beratung. Ebenso verwenden wir die von Ihnen angegebenen Daten in pseudonymisierter Form zur Erstellung von Publikationen betreffend Ungleichbehandlungen und Stigmatisierung von HIV-positiven Menschen in klassischen Medien, online Medien und für Ministerien und Landes- beziehungsweise Bundesverwaltungen.
Folgende Daten können hier an uns übermittelt werden
Awarenessbildung der Einhaltung von Antidiskriminierung im Sinne des Art 7 BVG, GLBG, Art 2 Staatgrundgesetz und Art 14 EMRK iVm Art 6 a und c DSGVO.
Datenübermittlungen finden nur statt, wenn Sie dies wünschen, wie zB bei einem Support, wenn wir Sie unterstützen und uns mit der Institution/dem Unternehmen bzw. der Person auseinandersetzen, welche Sie diskriminiert.
Für Publikationen verwenden wir nur anonymisierte bzw. pseudonymisierte Daten.
Die Daten werden 3 Jahre gespeichert, im Falle einer Beratung werden die Daten gem. den Kriterien der ordnungsgemäßen Buchhaltung 7 Jahre gespeichert.
Statistiken werden ohne Personenbezug gespeichert, für die Erstellung von Statistiken werden jedoch auch Ihre Daten in anonymisierter Form eingearbeitet. Die Statistik selbst wird nicht gelöscht.
Zur Vereinbarung von Terminen für die Inanspruchnahme der Beratungs- und Testangebote des Vereins werden folgende Daten gespeichert:
