Findings query by telephone
With your ID number and password (you will receive both at your test appointment) you can call up your results after 1 week:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:00 to 13:00 and 17:30 to 18:30
Friday 12.00 to 13.00

If you would like to have a printout of your results after you have called us, you can pick them up at the Aids Hilfe Wien:

SMS-Service
After 1 week, you will receive a text message
- there is a positive or inconclusive result
- you have had a hepatitis B titer test and the vaccination needs to be refreshed immediately or in the next year.
After 1 week, you will receive a text message
- all findings are negative
- you have had a hepatitis B titer test and the vaccination needs to be refreshed immediately or in the next year.
The SMS notification does not contain any information about the test result, but prompts you to call for the results.
When choosing SMS notification service, please consider if it is convenient for you that you do not receive SMS if all findings are negative.
