Prevention means as much as prevention. The aim of the prevention work of Aids Hilfe Wien is to prevent the further spread of HIV.
The prevention services offered by Aids Hilfe Wien go beyond simply imparting knowledge about the virus and modes of transmission and include concepts for dealing responsibly with sexuality, increasing risk awareness, and anti-discrimination and stigmatization.
Brochures and information material
In the Infoshop of Aids Hilfe Wien there is a wide range of free brochures on various topics related to HIV/AIDS. You can also find numerous brochures in our download area as PDF and order option. The Infoshop staff will be happy to advise you on the selection of suitable information material and take your order.
3 free condoms per day
Getting condoms today is absolutely no problem. You buy them easily in drugstores, supermarkets, pharmacies and sex stores. At the Infoshop of Aids Hilfe Wien you can pick up up to three free condoms every day.
Our additional offer
We are also happy to support your project, event or location with larger, but limited quantities of free condoms, if your request meets our eligibility criteria. To order condoms and inquire about pick-up options, contact Katalin Kovacs (Prevention Department).
